Welcome to our website!

We are a husband and wife owned and operated multi-service company, whose focus is on integrating the mind, body and spirit, allowing healing from life’s physical and emotional stresses to occur. Although our website features a menu of services, our approach is not nearly as cut and dry as those listings might suggest. Most of our clients give us free rein in determining which techniques are best suited for their needs or presenting complaints. This approach could best be described as integrative bodywork.

With integrative bodywork, Western and Eastern, traditional and non-traditional concepts and techniques may all be utilized in a single session. An integrative bodywork session might include, for example, aromatherapy, energy balancing, therapeutic tools such as heated or slightly cooled stones, targeted stretching, trigger point work and myofascial tissue releases. At times a person’s tissue may speak to us that it requires deep, concentrated pressure and very specific techniques. At other times, one’s tissue may “ask” for a lighter, more nurturing touch, particular therapeutic oil, and/or a primary need to relax. Integrative bodywork tends to be more intuitive and flexible.

Try our approach. See how it works for you…..but by all means, if you would prefer we more strictly adhere to the massage definitions appearing on our services page, we would be happy to fulfill your request!

Massage Services

Often regarded as “the therapeutic massage”, strokes are applied with greater pressure and in deeper layers of muscle than in Swedish Massage.  Excellent for relief of chronic muscular tension.
Often regarded as “the relaxation massage”, strokes are applied to the more superficial layers of tissue and muscle.
This massage option has become popular for anniversaries and special occasions such as Valentines Day, and pre- and post-nuptials.
Uses techniques similar to Swedish and Deep Tissue, but more specifically adapted to the needs of athletes and the effects of athletic performance on the body.
Often performed in the side-lying position, this massage modality can help with many of the aches and pains associated with body changes during pregnancy. It can be performed on women in all stages of pregnancy as well as in the postpartum period.
We travel to your location with our massage tables.
Heated stones, and occasionally mildly chilled stones, are used to promote a deeper state of relaxation and offer “balance” to the body. The ultimate in relaxation!
Can be performed in the workplace or other event settings.  Minimum of 6 persons necessary.  15 minute sessions suggested.

A very gentle hands on technique, NOT involving strokes or manipulation of tissue, that works to free up tissue restrictions in the brain and spinal cord that may be causing symptoms throughout the body.  Usually experienced as very relaxing as well.
Sessions or “How-To” Private Lessons in your home where your canine friend feels most comfortable.
A Japanese hands-on healing technique that seeks to balance the 7 energy centers of the body known as chakras.  We also offer classes in this modality for those interested in the self healing component.
Increasing in popularity, this involves the use of scent to promote improvements in mood and physical wellbeing.  Specific therapeutic grade oils may be applied topically or dispersed throughout the treatment room via a diffuser.
